Serving as an informational resource about the historic Yosemite Chapel (the oldest building in Yosemite), this site is maintained by Rev. John Paris, minister/chaplain for 37 years, including 14 years (1991-2005) at the chapel, who now provides Yosemite Weddings and Vow Renewals.

     Weddings, Marriage Vow Renewal ceremonies, and Other Special Occasions, such as Baby Dedications, are offered year-round at numerous indoor and outdoor locations throughout the Yosemite Region by YosemiteWeddings.org, including a beautiful, quite private spot (some distance back from the location of the photo below), with phenomenal views of the Chapel, Yosemite Falls (which flow much of the year), Half Dome, meadows, high cliffs, and a charming footbridge over the Merced River, all visible from one incredible spot!
